Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using RepoBeacon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who can use RepoBeacon

The Service is intended for licensed collection agencies, bailiffs, recovery agents, and authorized lender staff. You represent that you and the people you invite hold the required licensing in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and PIN security

You're responsible for keeping your 6-digit PIN confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us at repobeacon@outlook.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload data you don't have legal authority to process;
• use the Service to harass, intimidate, or stalk any individual;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
• resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.

6. Customer data

You own the files, photos, and records you upload. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of all data you submit.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep RepoBeacon online but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will give reasonable notice for planned downtime.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepoBeacon disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time by emailing repobeacon@outlook.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
