Do my bailiffs need training?+
No. The field app is built around scan, photo, and tap. Most bailiffs complete their first assignment within minutes of installing it.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start, and you can invite your full team during the trial.
What does pricing include?+
Every plan includes the live field map, real-time chat, VIN scanning, document storage, and the iOS + web apps. Higher tiers add analytics, API access, and custom workflows.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Annual plans are prorated on change.
Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?+

How is my data secured?+
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, protected by row-level security, and access is gated by per-user 6-digit PINs with biometric unlock on iOS.
